Programs/Services

A Better Life Treatment is accredited by The Joint Commission and the Department of Community Health. We offer an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), a lower level of care in our Outpatient Program (OP), and an extended aftercare program. Our programs are designed with flexible sessions six days per week and each client’s eligibility for treatment is based on a clinical assessment. Our weekly curriculum offers psychoeducation and psychotherapy covering cognitive behavioral skills, relapse prevention, coping skills, codependency and so much more.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is uniquely suited for individuals who would like assistance in their sobriety journey but are still not ready for a traditional outpatient therapy schedule. The same program can be used supplementally after completing a residential program so that the individual has an easier time transitioning back into society. We provide a full spectrum of care offering lasting recovery, and we hold to the definition of addiction provided by the American Society of Addiction Medicine by integrating each individual's spiritual, emotional, mental, biological, and physiological wholeness.

What Is Offered In The Intensive Outpatient Program?

Once enrolled in an IOP with A Better Life Treatment , you will explore prevention strategies and healthier coping mechanisms to begin a sober lifestyle. We provide a safe atmosphere for you to explore and address various problems. Our structured programs are centered on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Effective Learning, and Holistic Integration. Depending on the needs of each adult, their program can include but is not limited to Group therapy, Individual therapy, and Family therapy. You can trust A Better Life Treatment to provide appropriate assessments and work collaboratively with all healthcare professionals to produce improved outcomes.

Outpatient Rehab

Outpatient rehab is an excellent way to assist and guide clients in the resolution of personal, social, and psychological issues that have led to substance use disorders and addictions. Through the use of psychotherapy and holistic modalities, we can help clients decrease, manage, and/or eliminate the troubling symptoms of mental health issues that complicate the navigation of daily life.

While our Outpatient Drug Rehab can be very eclectic and psychodynamic in our approach to recovery, we rely heavily on cognitive behavioral therapy. During your time at our outpatient rehab, you will explore ways to change thoughts derived from thinking patterns, belief systems, emotions, and actions that reinforce negative results.
