DR. ELBERT M. SHELL
Dr. Khorozian functions as CEO, manager, and employee of the organization. In previous careers, Dr. Khorozian served the criminal justice system as a pioneer in alternative sentencing and rehabilitation. He successfully served the San Francisco Superior Court for twenty years. Additionally, Dr. Khorozian has served a 2-year tenure as a chief operating officer for the Diversion Center specializing in court-mandated programs. Dr. Khorozian served the Atlanta Judicial Circuit Public Defenders Office for 2 years with Accountability Courts; drug court, behavioral health court, and veteran’s court. He continues to seek out licensed and certified counselors that suffered through their own addiction, depression, and life challenges, but have risen above the fray and have transitioned their lives into proud members of the community.
Dr. Khorozian has a management team that has and will continue to serve the organization’s needs. The management team includes a clinical director, a medical professional, an administrator, and counselors to help the team. Each position was hired to help the organization grow and to support clients during their treatment program.
Dr. Khorozian is a Board-Certified Doctor of Positive Psychology and a fellow in the American Positive Psychology Association. He is a winner of the Jane Furtner award for clinical excellence and competence. He earned a Bachelor of Art in Psychology from Argosy University. Later, he pursued and received a Master Degree in Clinical Mental Health from Argosy University in Atlanta, Georgia. He received his Ph.D. in Positive Psychology from The American The Graduate University of Positive Psychology.
Dr. Khorozian’s professional interests involve transactional analysis and community-based alternative programs within a social and criminal justice the framework, and the development of a multicultural approach to mental health and recovery.
Dr. Khorozian holds several professional certifications. The International Certification Reciprocity Consortium of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Board has certified Dr. Khorozian is a clinical supervisor to teach and train individuals in pursuit of certification as substance abuse counselors. He is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, a clinical evaluator for the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Development, a trained and certified counselor in Family Violence Intervention, a Substance Abuse Professional for the Department of Transportation and he is certified as an Anger Management Specialist.
UfuomaOyibo received her undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri Columbia in Psychology and a Multicultural Certificate and her graduate degree from Richmont University in Atlanta. Ms.Oyibo specializes in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy Certificate at Richmont Graduate University. Ms. Oyibo is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, a Certified Anger Management Specialist, a Certified Department of Drivers Services -Risk Reduction Facilitator, and a Shoplifting and Theft Prevention Specialist. As a System Therapist, Ms. Oyibo’s ultimate goal is to be of service to children, their family as well as her community. Her passion in life is bringing healing to people who have experienced stressful situations through insight and awareness.

Solomon obtained his BA in Psychology and BS in Sociology from the University of Georgia in 2004. He later obtained his MA in Professional Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy from Argosy University in 2012. Solomon is currently working towards his PhD in Neuropsychology from American Graduate University. He is currently the Clinical Director of Addiction Services and the Director of Research, Education & Training. Solomon loves the therapeutic group experience and finds appreciation in watching people grow together. This is what he values most working in mental health, addictions, and attachment/ relationships. As a Reality and Systems Therapist , Solomon works with clients to identify how the choices they make influence the outcomes in their lives and in their relationships.

Dr. Elbert M. Shell is a Professional Counselor, GA with special training and skill in assessing patient mental health and treating cognitive, psychological, and behavioral disorders using a wide variety of therapy techniques. As a Professional Counselor, Elbert M. Shell, Ph.D., LPC performs diagnosing and treating mental and emotional disorders, providing therapy to clients in individual and group settings, research into advanced therapy techniques and applications, and referral to medical mental health professionals as needed. Professional Counseling is a healthcare specialty centered on providing mental and emotional guidance and therapy to treat mental, emotional, and addictive disorders. Significant diseases and conditions treated by Professional Counselors include anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), behavioral disorders, phobias, bereavement, marital hardship, attempted suicide, drug and alcohol addiction, sexual abuse, medical tests, procedures and therapies provided by Professional Counselors include psychotherapy, cognitive behavior disorder (CBD) therapy, crisis management, mental health assessment, intelligence quotient examinations, marriage counseling, one-on-one therapy sessions, anger management therapy, and stress management.
Dalles Hancock is the outreach coordinator. Dalles is certified substance abuse counselor. He specializes in addictive disorders and issues. His personal expertise services include but are not limited to adults and adolescents presenting with addictions to drugs/alcohol and addictive behaviors. Dalles has helped many clients recover from addictive disorders. His goal is to help support clients through effective therapies to heal body, mind and spirit.
